Jet Dyeing Plant

Johann Müller AG has a modern, fully automatic jet dyeing plant with a dyeing capacity of around 10,000 kg per day. Thanks to a well-graded distribution of machine sizes, all lot sizes between 5 kg and 700 kg are dyed.

In addition to the HT and atmospheric jet dyeing machines, we have traditional reel dyeing machines that allow the gentle handling of delicate fabrics.

Various dyeing machines are modified so that they are specifically suitable for dyeing terry.

Garment Dyeing Plant

In our garment dyeing plant, we can dye garments in batch sizes up to 75 kg.

Finishing Plant

In our finishing plant we have all the machinery for finishing tubular and open wide fabrics (up to 2.40 m). The following additional options are possible:

• Raising (Pile Equipment)
• Shearing (Shear plush, “Nicky”)
• Grinding (Sand)
